Hi all - As there have been a few posts regarding printer and/or empty date box problems, I thought I'd see if we could have a standard topic to refer to possible solutions. The procedure below isn't from me - I don't have any experience with the eprofile - so I can't help out further if you go through this and it doesn't sort out your problem. Hi - I wonder if anyone can help me please, I know you are all really busy but if anyone can spare a moment I would be really really grateful -I I am doing a masters in early years and have to do an assignment on the EYFSP 2015 /2016. Never having worked with reception age children I have not the foggiest about how the 'data' is collected for this or what happens next. Is it based on teacher knowledge of the child based on observations over the year? Is it a tick box exercise or do comments go into it? Is it based on ELG's or do characteristics of effective learning come into it? How is it moderated? And can anyone shoot me please!!!

My little grandson started school September 2015 at the moment he have a on line learning journal. He will be 5 on the 28/01/16 do he carry on with the learning journal until he finish reception class.
