I am having problems printing the reports from eye profile. When I open the reports they are all squashed in the middle of the page and I am unable to align them, the date is also wrong. I have manaed to copy and paste and open in a new document but have just noticed that the report doesn't cover all of the areas of the profile, is this right? For example it covers SSM but does not mention NLC or calculating. Some mention PD but others don't. I have had problems opening the summary scores etc as I am not sure if there is a problem with my computer or if this is what the reports should be like. I would be grateful for any advice. Thanks

Help please. Looking at profile scores for shape spac and measures and wondering when to give a 9. Boy in my class playing with feely bag today said the shape had corners, a long square then said rectangle self corrected, hen after a lot of thought said cuboid. He often uses this language in play. Another child said curved and then it's a sphere. It has been quite a while since this has been a focus area for us so language well embedded,What do you think?

hi, I'm filling in my e profile at the end of this term and have just been made aware! that there are links between points ie. if the children have achieved x in this scale they should have also achieved y and z in another scale etc. On the eprofile there's a quality assurance section that gives you a break down of all the anomalies between points. So now I have a set of data that doesn't seem to correlate and whatever I try to add seems to throw up even more anomalies! MY RESULTS ARE DUE IN IN JUST OVER A WEEK AND I'M TOTALLY BEMUSED. PLEASE HELP!]

Eyfsp Calculating Scale Points 3 & 7

Hi all, just a quick one please! On the EYFSP calculating strand the scale points 3 and 7 state that the children should know one more OR one less than a number up to 5, then up to 10. Do you take this as the children only need to know one of these to achieve the scale point - do they only need to know how to find one more or one less! this is how i take it but another member of staff disagrees and believes that is should be both. Thanks x xx

Does anyone else have this problem? For some scale points, when I hover over them (with my mouse!) the exemplification information that pops up doesn't all fit on my computer screen. Any ideas of how to sort this out as I'm sure the missing sentences have the MOST important information ever written in them (I'm beginning to obsess a little, as you can tell ) Thank you techy people... x

Just updated my profile info into the eye profile and wanted to analyse data for different groups, e.g. summer born children or SEN or gender. How do you create groups to get this information? x

Have just been reading discussion on the fact that people cannot find the Progress in Components Chart - the bar chart that shows each term's progress in a different colour for each area. I'm not sure whether the system I have is the old or new version, but although I can find the drop-down menu for charts, this chart does not appear to be on it. Does anyone know any more about this!!? This really was a useful chart, showing progress for the child in all the areas at one easy glance, cannot believe it is not there.

Progress Graphs - Profile

One of the most useful things about the old e-profile was the progress charts you could generate from different parts of year to end year etc. is it me or have they disappeared? All I can find are average point scores etc. Am I missing them somewhere or once again has something useful been ruined for the sake of change! Now they've also put all months of year I also feel guilty that I'm not updating all time or referencing all achievements specifically to a month. Have decided to stick to updating at end of each term ie 6 times a year. Beginning to wish I'd kept old version.

On the old version of the profile there was a chart that printed out showing each of the scales along the top, all of the children's names down the side, and a star to show which points each child had achieved. It was a complete overview of all children and all points. We used it to help year 1 group children to support specific points they were missing at end of foundation stage. I can't find this chart to print out on the new version - am I not looking in the right place or is it no longer there on the new version?
