The chair person is able to bring the meeting back on track and keep to the focus if it wanders off. Is this the same way a multi agency meeti…

how do you plan for sessions such as messy play, stay and play and story time in your children centre? Also do you have individual files for each child that visits the centre? It is our plan to do this starting in new year I think its a good idea but quite a task!!! Does anyone else do this and what info do you put in the file. We are keeping ours very simple- a photo of the child, personal details, childs likes/dislikes.

Hi everyone, not sure if this is the right place to put this topic!! I have an interview in 3 weeks time for a learning development manager in a children's centre. It is my dream job and I really really want to be successful! I am currently a Foundation Stage coordinator in a primary school so this would be a big change. I'm just wondering if anyone has any ideas about what questions I may be asked or any reading I can do over half term to study for my interview?? Thanks in advance!!
