Behaviour Pictures

I've been asked to create a screen which would have symbols/pictures of a foot kicking, raised hand (hitting), hands throwing, mouth shouting etc on one side, and some good behaviour model pictures on the other. Does anyone know where I can find these pictures-or a suitable screen? This is for a child who displays this type of behaviour regularly and needs a little time out to get him understanding how to model good thinking. He will have the screen and pictures near his chair so he can emote some positive thoughts (hopefully). Any suggestions?

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!! Not sure whether Ive hit the enter button so there might be half a post entered! We have spent yet another morning talking and trying to implement planning we are really struggling with keeping motivated! Can you help in answering the following? How do you decide what ELGs and aspects you are covering to ensure equal coverage, and what period of time do you aim to cover these within? Our main issue is how to implement from observations the individual childrens planning/learning/interets and next steps? Can you explain your cycle starting from observing? How many children do you observe and plan for in a week? A…

We have a little boy who has just turned three. His language is not well developed but his mathematical skills and drawing skills are amazing. He finds it difficult to stay focused at circle time unless the activity is number related or we are singing. Any ideas on how we can best support this little boy? I don't want to rush in and get outside help if it is merely a developmental delay issue. I recognise that all children deveop at different rates etc. Equally I don't want to deprive him of any early support. Thank you, Rose

Feels like an ofsted inspection. Mums and children enjoy it wonder if any one else has such a day and what you do to entertain the mums.

Hi, I need some help for some of my co workers. I work in an overseas school, so things are quite different to the Uk. We have a class for children 2.5 years - 3.5 years, its a small room, 2 teachers with up to 24 children. We are trying to follow the foundation stage curriculum but do have some limitations. In this class we have 30mins freeplay as the children arrive, many of the children are non English speakers and it is totally manic. I am with the older children and find it hard to help with ideas for the little ones, basically the floor toys are good but there isn't enough space for all the children, they just end up throwing things around and don't have the spa…

Hi We are looking at doing a topic on super hero's, as the children are really into spiderman, batman, etc at the moment. I'm having problems coming up with ideas- i thought about making masks, spiders webs, making up super hero rules, drawing their own super hero. but then i seem to have gone brain dead, can anyone give me some pointers....
