Hi all, This is my first post on here, I've been on maternity leave all year and I'm starting back Monday with my Reception class. I've been in lots, so that the children know me and are apparently excited for me to come back! I'm basically looking for some exciting things to do on the topic of "Minibeasts". I would love some suggestions, feel a bit out of it . Thanks for your help, Ffydd x

The week before Fathers Day we are going to be having a 'Bring your Dad* to School' day (*uncle, grandad). I have been searching online for some ideas for activities. Has anyone got some good ideas that have worked really well. We are also a very small village school so don't have a lot of room. Any ideas would be really appreciated.

Hi everyone, I haven't posted anything for a very long time but would really love a little friendly advice. I want to brighten up my playground with a few tubs of plants. Thought I might do a sensory garden but also need some ideas for some all year round planting ideas. Wanted to use little conifer trees but these are not suitable as some children can be allergic to them. Has anyone got any ideas???

Hello everyone! I hope everyone is enjoying the sunshine on their half term break! My theme for the week is dinosaurs focussing on Bumpus Rumpus Dinosaurumpus. I am really struggling to think of a lesson for PE which will really impress linked to dinosaurs and the focus for the observation. I am hoping to focus it around dance so my children can repeat, link and adapt move…

Kuw Scale Point 5
by Guest- 1 reply

Any great and inspirational ideas for an activity or enhancements that will help me get some good and secure observations for KUW scale point 5. I seem to have lots of children who I still haven't got many observations for this, although I think they must do it all the time! I could do with a good focus activity which will help me secure this with some of my children. Thanks in advance!
