Help My head has been on a course today and has just rung to say he will be observing me tomorrow afternoon at 1 o'clock in preparation for setting performance management targets next week. He would like to observe a phonic session. I have got my input sorted but am a bit stumped when it comes to my focus. Was going to have 1 group making our sonds of the week using playdough as a related activitity. I am stumped as to what i can get the focus group to do. I want it to be hands on and exciting. Any ideas please help!! Lola

Does anybody know where I can buy birthday stickers from we have stickers that we give to the children on their birthday, they have a number 4 on them and a cartoon animal character eg a frog panda, kangaroo etc The stock is running low and I can't remember where we got them from looked in all the catologs at school if any of you know the stickers I mean and can tell me where to get them from I would really apprciate it!! Is there a company that does school stickers on mail order?

Hi all! I'm in need of some inspiration and ideas that aren't going to cost me too much! We have a courtyard area (also known as the outdoor classroom) at school which is used mainly by the Yr.1 classes and I'm trying to use it everyday!! We have some sand/water activities, picnic tables, fixed white boards, skitles etc but I'd like someone to recommend activites or agood book so that I can make more of it. Last week we hid number tiles for the less able to search for like a treasure hunt, but they had to pick them up in order. we also have a giant snakes + ladders and connect 4. Anyone feeling inspired or have a similar area which they use?? Thanks in advance …
