Just wondered if any of you wear nursery tabards when working with the children especially the babies and toddlers??? I have seen lots of plain ones that coudl have logos added. However, we are looking for some patterned ones which would visually appeal to these youngest children. I haved searched and searched on google and hardly found anything. if anyone could enlighten me further it would be appreciated. Many thanks Rebecca

Do your settings have your Ethos, Vision and Values as a written document? My nursery doesn't appear to have ever decided what their Ethos and Vision is, and I think that going back to basics would sort out a lot of things, and make people think about what we're actually doing. Does anyone have any good examples, or tips on how to go about getting the team to form them - and then put it all into practice? Shelley

They've just updated the link that someone put on the other day for British Food Fortnight in September: www.britishfoodfortnight.co.uk If you click on the guide to 'how schools can take part', there are loads of suggestions for what people have done in the past, and there is an early years section. My mind is racing now with all sorts of ideas for trips and visitors!!! Does anyone have any ideas for what they might do? Will anyone do it as a fundraising event? Shelley
