Can anyone who has no outdoor area or access to anything nearby tell me how they intend to provide outdoor experience every day? A park nearby may be possible to visit occassinally but when the session is only 2.5hrs there will be no time left for anything else by the time the children have changed clothes, walked there etc and so it is not realistic to plan to go every day. Any ideas what will happen if, despite all efforts, you just cant provide that daily outdoor experience?

I have a couple of questions At the moment we record childrens progress against the stepping stones and early learning goals, will we continue to do this or will be using a different format. How do we record childrens progress Also when planning the childrens learning - at the moment we have planning meetings every 2 weeks when we look at which stepping stones/ELGs we need to cover and place these in our planning - we also outline what items/activities we are going to put out so staff know what to get out - these do cha…

Hi does anyome have a planning sheet which they use daily/ weekly which shows how to clearly include all the necessary areas for the new framework. I would appreciate ideas for all ages, if possible, as I work in a Children's Centre and it is causing some confusion. We need to make planning as simple and relevant as possible. Thanks a million!
