(We have different rates for 3 / 4 year old funding depending on whether we offer flexibly (over 3 hours per day, over 38 weeks per year) or non flexibly. 2) What is the average hourly rate that you charge for these sessions? (trying to work out how much providers are making or losing per hour on the funded sessions) 3) Which Local Authority are you in? 4) When did your fu…

Dear All, just trying to put together a form that I can ask the team to sign to confirm their ongoing suitability. CRB's are renewed every three years but it has recently been suggested that I secure a declaration along the lines of continued good health, no convictions etc annually. Does anyone have any examples they are already using in their settings? Thank you x

I have had 3 staff hand in their notice over the course of 3 days all in the same room. They are very close friends and all going to the same nursery. Obviously this is going to be a big change for the children/parents and the existing staff, and I want to support this transition to be easy as possible. Has anyone been in this situation before or could offer any ideas, would be helpful. Thank you
