Sounds lovely in theory i.e children lead the learning and its all very creative and exciting But, how do you as the teacher plan and ensure that objectives and targets are met??? Also we do WALT WILF and TIBS for each lesson, now, surely if you are being led to a certain extent by the children you may well deviate from these very specific things and how can they fit into this type of creative curriculum. We are also an Edison school so follow their curriculum, is there anyone else out htere who 'does' Edison and does it wor…

Hi, Does anyone have a very simple, (e.g. with no or very few speaking parts) script for a Nativity play for approx. 15 two to three year olds? Have searched the web but all the plays are too long/complex for our very small pre school! Any help very gratefully received.

Roleplay Ideas
by Guest- 6 replies

A while ago someone posted up a web link with roleplay ideas liked to lots of different roleplay areas, cave, cafe etc. Does anyone know where I can find these? (I did have them saved but have since got a new computer and lost all my favourites!) If not, I would really appreciate any ideas on what to include in a bears cave roleplay. We are reading 'We're going on a bear hunt' next week and Im going to cover a pop-up tent in black bin bags and branches from trees etc. Aside from bears and torches, what else should I include? Thanks
