Nursery Rhyme C.d's
by Guest- 4 replies

Can anyone recommend a really good Nursery Rhyme and/or Counting Songs CD to use at our nursery setting? We have lots already but usually they are really high to sing along to or just have one or two good ones and the rest are a bit dodgy! We end up having to flip around from one to another during singing time. Thank you!

Any ideas anyone? thankyou in anticipation (oh, Year 2 have already nabbed Handa's Surpirse)

Can anyone give me any ideas please. A couple of the children in our setting have just, or are moving, also this week children have talked about their favourite dressing up clothes from the box, also a few children have been obsessed with the colour of people's eyese lol. So from this we have decided to do an "All about me" theme next week. So far we will make house collages, let the children cut out their fav toys and foods from magazines and make a collage with them, self portraits. In the home corner we'll have the dolls etc and talk about who has brothers and sisters, we'll make a rainbow for all the children to write their name on their fav colour. Apart …

Our new topic for after Christmas is toys. Just hoping for some inspiration, especially for role play (can only think of a toy shop or toy factory up to now) and outdoors. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
