I've noticed that quite a few people on the forum seem to know each other in 'real life' and wondered if anyone else is like me in that I try to suss out if people on here are may be practitioners I know in real life. I look for clues in their posts, avatars, location anything in fact but so far have only found one. I guess anonymity is the whole point but its providng a whole new game for me!

ok so I have to write about our findings following a complaint about an accident....ofsted provide 5 headings they want used: Background info nature of concern what you found conclusions what action taken / intend to take... my query is what does 'nature of concern' refer to?? They already know it...so what exactly do I write in this heading? Been at it all day - brain ache!

Hello all I am considering doing a yearbook this year for the children and parents. We do a CD packed full of photos so thought that a yearbook to accompany it would be a lovely added extra. Has anyone done one or used free software as a template? I have googled but there seems to be a lot out there and it's hard to make a choice! Yes I could put one together myself but would save a lot of time if there was a free template site out there that could be used. Any ideas?
