Oh dear I have done something awful Mr S and I will celebrate 40 years of 'wedded bliss' in March........I had quite 'expected' that my sons and my daughters-in-law would have given this some thought and asked what we would like to do to celebrate........ Does anyone know about the QCA behaviour scale? I've just returned from parent's evening for my daughter who is in year 5 and I am shocked, dismayed and a little sad to hear that her behaviour is so awful (and has been for some time) that the teacher has put this in place and shared it with SENCo. Daughter not perfect but she is generally a happy, contented and welll-behaved child and I am just so surprised that I didn't know anything about this until today. Intend to speak to head-teacher tomorrow but just wondered if anyone has any words of wisdom!! Many thanks,

sshhhhhh, I think this might be secret, but..................................I was talking to some of the staff from CP at the trade fair yesterday and one of them told me they are looking to make a range of OUTDOOR equipment for next year! I'm saving up now, that piggy bank is going to be busy!

Ok so we have a few space mad at the moment, have a new book (to us) by Margaret McNamara and Mark Fearing called The Three Aliens and the Big Bad Robot. The Aliens in the title are called Bork, Gork and inexplicably - Nklxwcyz. I have a hankering to call him Nicklewitz, but what do you think? suggestions please!

So the children enjoyed potting some violas for Mothering Sunday this week and proudly took them home. One little boy has no Mummy as she died in August so we didn't put any 'Happy Mother's Day' label on his, but he took one for Gran, who is 'Mummy' at the moment. (Mum's Mum). However, we have a little boy who has been adopted by a gay couple and has two Daddies. He did one as well, of course and gave it to one of the Daddies when they collected him. But now I'm starting to wonder, when it's Father's Day does this little boy make two of whatever we do? Do we then let all the children make 2 if they want to so as to avoid the questions 'why's he got two?' etc? …

Hi everybody. For those of you who remember me as Great Aunt Linda I am now a grandma. My daughter, Carrie, had her baby, a boy, on 8th March. He weighed a whopping 8lbs 7ozs and is called Seth James. I have to say that I am completly besotted and think he is very gorgeous-but I am biased. Pictures attached, I hope! Linda
