I just want to say what A WEEK!!! Firstly I got to hear my babies heartbeat for the first time on Tuesday and couldn't stop grinning. Secondly I had an amazing Christmas and I am now engaged Thirdly - today is my birthday and my Fiance has bought me the most gorgeous jewellery box. Wow!! Doubt anything can top it x

Hi I put together the attached logo quiz for our christmas do at the golf club I belong to. Did anyone manage to get to Stonehenge (or anywhere else?) this morning to celebrate winter solstice? Just remember, the days get longer again now! Anyway in order to celebrate the solstice and some other event that I believe is happening in a couple of days time, I shall be cleaning the chat room later. If you can tear yourselves away from the parties, wrapping and rubbish TV, how about keeping me company?

This was such an interesting programme. The hoarder started his collection of newspapers 40 years ago and it escalated into hoarding everything to the extent of losing all the room in his house and garden.All credit to a garden maintenence guy who treated him with such kindness which enabled the hoarder to start to realise that it was a medical problem.

Did anyone else see Panorama tonight? I dont know anyone who has been involved in an adoption so I was completely shocked at everything I saw. Why dont we offer more support to parents with leaning difficulties? If it costs £150 per day to keep a child in care, how much would it cost to have a support worker full time and how much more stable would the childs life be as a result? All those foster carers, adoptions that dont work, never knowing how long they're going to be in one place! How can you have a child living with you and then change your mind and send them back? Why take into account the prospective parents views on having a dog just because thats what a li…
