In the spirit of the fast approaching Rednose Day I have decided to share some witty one liners / play on words with you. I must confess I can take no credit for these, they come from a friend of mine and they made me laugh.....I particularly like the ones which use a play on words! Anyways, if a few of you add some more witty one liners over the next few days too I will donate £20 to Comic Relief on Friday. I went to a pub this evening called the Fiddle. It was awful. In fact it was a vile inn. When I was at school, the kids used to throw gold bars at me. I was a victim of bullion. Be back soon with more

The teacher has made lots of adjustments for her but seems to be losing enthusiasm for this and getting a bit hung up on the fact that G might take advantage of these adjustments. To make things more complicated still we have been, told after some tests, that G probably has juvenile arthritis and we'll be going back to the children's hospital in April to find out more. In the meantime she's taking…

I am becoming more and more involved in my village issues (we have had our fair share) and vacancies on our Parish Council have arisen in time for the local elections. I'm really interested, think I can fit it in and would like to stand BUT does anyone know if I can't become one as a Teacher. The Parish I'm involved is on the opposite side of town to the one my school is in. Any ideas - don't want to really ask anyone at school at the moment!!!

Hi - along with lots of other forum members.....I am waiting for The big O to come a-knocking! Had a very successful SIP visit today she said "no wonder you want Ofsted to come you are soooo ready" then she said "you could always ring them you know" "ask them where they are, tell them that you are 'overdue' and eager for them to visit"....... Hmmmm.........not sure about that - wondered what you think........should I, would you?
