when i click on a post to read, all the replies are condensed underneath it -and i then have to click each one to read the replies -yesterday all the replies were fully visable -i did not have to click each one to read what it said ! sorry -thats probably as clear as mud !

I am currently a nursery manager; part of a chain. I love the nursery and the staff, it was a new nursery when I was appointed and new have nurtured each other and grown together and are a very strong and close team. Alot of money has recently been invested in the nurseries and occupancy is on the up. As a chain we have recently inherited a training side to the business; I am quite passionate about training and I told my line manager that if there was an opportunity for me to move across to the training side of things I would love to. It's half term here in Leicester next week so I thought I'd sneak away a bit earlier. I'm off to Dublin's fair city tomorrow to catch up with family and friends........and no, no, no Panders.........there will be no parties at my house while I'm gone!!!!! Hubby and kids are guarding the roost and hopefully will be able to cope for a few days without me. Anyone else got plans? I know half term comes around at different times throughout the country so whenever it's your turn I hope it's a good one.
