Today is the official FSF birthday..8 years since those lovely folk at FSFHQ started it all off. I'm sure I dont say it often enough but what a wonderful opportunity to thank Steve and Helen for starting off this wonderful place, and for the many many members who keep it that way! Im sure you'll all raise a glass with me and say Happy Birthday to the FSF

Weebly Websites

Hello Weebly users (I think some of you are weebly users!) Weebly advertises it's website builder as free with free domain name. I've noticed that to access some features labelled 'pro' you have to upgrade and pay. So, if I stay clear of the upgrade option, is it all free? Also is to have your own domain name (i.e. not one that ends in weebly) completely free? So far I haven't seen a price and I've nearly built one - I have my own domain name from another website builder which I am leaving soon, as it's rubbish! I just don't want to build my website, ready to publish it and then be asked to pay. I'm sceptical at free things. ppp

We escort and collect children from a local Infant school. A parent recently alleged we were incompetent on a school escort (Not true by the way!) and has now increased this to say a member of staff abused her child by aggressively doing up his coat and making an old scar under his chin open and bleed. I definately know this is untrue as 1) the school put on the coats 2) the school reported the open scar to us and had already dressed it as it happened during the school day. I assume they have a written record of this I have already started a complaint procedure and intend to ask the school for proof tomorrow but do I need to inform Ofsted of this allegation even thoug…

Well I'm merrily letting in children, when this lady walks up - hello, I'm very sorry but I'm here to do your Ofsted Inspection!!! Hello says I - heart pounding 10 to the dozen!!!!!! We are 3 years and 2 weeks since last one so I wasn't really expecting it. Obviously I can't say what we got but we are very VERY happy at the outcome for our packaway pre-school setting :)

Back in my youth and my poster hanging on bedroom wall days I wasn't allowed to use anything to stick things on my bedroom wall I had two black rod like things one for the top of the poster and one for the bottom, the top one had string on. They slided on to the poster top and bottom and hey presto a poster ready for hanging. I can visualise them, sold as a pair but no idea what they were called - just wondered if anyone knows. I want to hang something on a door at preschool, got the over the door hooks and now want to find these plastic strip thingies!! .. help please!

Hi everyone out there, hope you are all feeling better than I am right now. Having one of those days where everything i do isnt going right, really sensitive and emotional, tearful, cross and fed up blah blah....yes its that time of month aswell, the lovely Aunty Mary has arrived. And to top it all off boyfriend asks "Whats wrong with you? and the classic reply from me is to say "nothing" when he knows clearly there is, but when us girls feel like this you really dont know whats wrong. Men can't seem to understand that when we say theres nothing wrong, theres not a partyicular reason, we just feel emotional and the whole worlds againsts us. we cant really pinpoint e…
