hello, I have just had a call which has put me on edge a bit as I am not sure if it is genuine. He called from PPL and sounded all official and authorised by the government. We have 'flagged' up as not having a licence to play music/videos and asked what we played. I said the usual, story cd's and nursery rhymes. No radio or mp3 players etc.... He said it is £96 a year and he is sending out the document for me to read. I just wondered if anyone had heard of this and if it was true. He gave me the web address to look at, which wasn't even right! I looked while he was chatting to me and pointed out that there was no such address, he got a bit flustered and went …

I am a proud Mum tonight. My two teenage sons have just rowed in the world gig rowing championships at the Isles of Scilly this weekend. They are on the B crew and came 32nd out of 136. So proud of their dedication and hard work and a little jealous of how fit they are! Now trying not to think about the state they may be in after an evening of celebrating in the pubs!

When I check the home page I am seeing the top 'most recent topics' section full up but on the 'last twenty posts' section I'm only seeing two listed for several weeks now and they don't seem to change very often...not sure whats going on / whats changed - I always used to be able to check in quickly and see what was new from the top page but am now having to log in and look at 'new content' every time... just wondered if anyone else having this issue and how to fix it :-(

Does anyone know if you can buy extra pins for Tap a Shape (cork boards and little hammers with pins that you hammer in)? Our stock is pretty depleted and the children love it. I looked online but no joy. Do I have to buy a whole new set?
