I can't bare to work the notice in my contract. It states half a term (the old half term) but of course half a term is technically now 3ish weeks. My contract has not changed since my hours and pay have been increased and my job role. Is it still valid? Chair has just dug the knife in for the last time, I'm going.

I thought I share some good news and some bad news. Good news is that pesky ear infection has finally cleared up. More good news is that after todays hosptial appoinment is: a) I am going to have an operation to fix the hole in my eardrum, but will have to wait 3-4 months, just has we are back at work! Typical B)I can go back to work phew at last. Now for the bad news During the past 6-9 months I have slowly lost my hearing to the point (needs full assessment) I have lost pretty much lost most of my hearing at the right hand side and some more hearing on my left hand side. So with the ear infections I am down to only to wear my left hearing aid (turned up)…

Hello lovely people. You got me through my troubles last year but alas it has happened again and I am in need of your kindness. Committee are meeting with me tonight to let me know the results of a questionnaire they issued to staff, and me. Most of the questions were about me and how I run the preschool. This was issued without me knowing and then I got the same one some days after everyone else. Committee have then told the staff that they are meeting with me tonight but not to tell me that they know! This was said in front of parents.
