hi all i have my first english gcse tomorrow morning then taking my lad to bon jovi!! woohoo cannot wait (also going friday and 25th) not to mention green day next week twice anyway anyone else going ????? getting nervous about exam been 22 years since did last ones! and excited about gigs other exam is thurs good thing i have great staff as am only in on wed this week after today!

thought this might make you laugh........ at work today we were doing footprints in the afternoon.....because the children are really into the world cup and we are doing a display . some of the children were reluctant to have a go and so i said " go on...i'll tell you what i'll have a go if you do!" several of my older ones laughed and said" you can't do that your a grown up!" Preschool Interview Problem

Hi all I have got an interview at a preschool next week and would really like the job could anyone give me some examples of questions I maybe asked. The other problems I have had is the position is for a preschool assistant (this is what I want to do) the problem I have had at other interviews is because I was a preschool manager for many years this is the feedback I have received "you are to experiance you should be doing a managers role, you will get bored" etc. One I did not get an interview rang for feedback and was told "we want someone we can mould you have to much experiance" (they had not me so if can not be any thing I give off at interview). It is so frustating…
