Hi, This post continues from the previous one with the same title, but felt it was time to restart it rather than keep adding to the original post. We took the girls to visit their Dad on Sunday as he is now ok to be visited (leg is improving since the artery ruptured last weekend). The older one found it quite hard to start with and was obviously very nervous about seeing her dad in hospital but I held her hand tightly and we walked into the ward together and my younger daughter held her stepfathers hand so they both felt supported. We have a little girl with who previously enjoyed snacktime with us, but over the last year we noticed she wasn't having a snack at all. I talked to her about what she liked and made sure we included this, discussed with mum and dad, etc but no difference. Then we started lunches with her group and mum approached us with a breakthrough. She had noticed the little girl would avoid eating with other children at all times, and through careful discussion they had established this seemed to be due to her dislike of watching people eat. Hi all Hope everyone is well. I need a little bit of advice. My best friend is getting married in August, there is 5 of us that are really close friends and as a little surprise we are taking the bride away for the weekend at the end of May. Her hen night is the end of July but we wanted to spend some time just the 5 of us before the wedding. The Queen was visiting Norwich today, so we walked the afternoon playschool children down to the entrance of the Norfolk and Norwich Association for the blind where she was going open a new centre.
