Hi Just to let you know that I passed the externally marked unit for my diploma in pre-school practice! This means that I have now passed it all.....will probably take 6 months for certificate to arrive. Think if they still give you final grade I should come out with B (worked out from course material supplied but not sure if they still do this? Got grades of c, b, a and a pass) Thanks to all who helped me out.

Last year we spent alot of time trying to decide what to do present wise for my eldest sons 30th birthday. Being the first son to reach this milestone we were setting a precedent for future birthdays of the other 3. Hi all My sister and her partner had their first baby last week - a gorgeous little boy. As a Christmas present for them i have taken a black and white photo of his feet and was going to mount it with a poem i had about following in parents footsteps However when i have read the poem it refers only to daddy's footsteps. Does anyone know of another poem which might be suitable Thanks Lola

Hi All, I have an interview next week for an Operations Manager position. I'm asking your help for question suggestions, things they might ask me etc. Obviously I have a bit of an idea otherwise I wouldn't have applied for the job, but I know that someone out there will think of a question/scenario that I havent thought of so all help, ideas, suggestions, guidance will be gratefully received; especially from any Ops Managers that are out there and reading this! Thanking you all in anticipation and a very Merry Christmas

Hi Can you tell me how you celebrate the childrens birthdays in preschool. I just find ours could be better. We give a card and then light the cake [not real of course} Then the child blows out the candles. Then we give a sticker. Do you have a birthday chart as well. Dorinda
