Have just been reminded of the Dieters Prayer.......... 'If you can't make me thin, please make my friend fat'!!! Just getting ready for an evening out with my three closest girlfriends..........now I'm not 'huge'..............I'm a size 14 but only 5ft. 3" - you get the picture! But I am going out with two size 8 and one size 10...........hmmm....oh well I will be wearing black again! After a couple of Gin and Tonics, I'm sure I won't care anyway - Slimline Tonic of course!!!

Cant believe Im sat outside at my new garden table (New because got it in the summer and didnt get much chnace to use it) trying to write an assignment!! Its so beautiful I was feeling really sorry for myself stuck inside so im sat here in my country garden watching the cows over the hedge and trying to make some sort of sense of 500 words of utter dribble!! only 4500 to go!! Hi all I have had such a good day.....apart from this incident witnessed in a long, long queue at the bank this morning..... A mother with four children - two little girls about 6yrs. and 7yrs. and twin boys about 3yrs. - the older of the two girls sat down on the bank floor - her mother started shouting - yelling - "get up you are not a tramp" she then pulled her to her feet yelling "if you do that again I will slap you right round your face"....... I let out an audible gasp......the mother turned and stared at me.......I stared back just as hard.......I looked for reaction from other people in the queue - there was none........ This is still bothering me…

Just thought I would ask, as members on this forum are scattered far and wide My friend has just bought a property in Skegness on the sea front and will be spending some time there over the next few months. What we would like to know is, is there a running club in the town that he can join. it is so much easier when you can run with someone rather than having to go on your own. Or is there someone out there that would like a running partner that he can contact?

hello it my in laws 40th wedding anniversary in January - and ive started looking for gifts but it all seems to be vases, photo frames, champagne or days out!!!! has anyone bought or recieved anything more unusual - they are not outgoing people so would probably have to be more of a keepsake! any ideas?????
