For those of you who have been following my story, and have wished me well, I thought you might like to know that, following my axillary clearance 10 days ago, I had the results today. they took out 35 lymph nodes, and EVERY SINGLE ONE was clear..........................meaning, I am now, officially a cancer-free zone. I will still be having my radiotherapy just to finish the job, but there, that's it, all done and over with, the 'bad medicine' worked...............and so did all those good wishes! Thankyou, Thankyou, every one of you, for all the support over the last few months xxxxxxx

Hi Everynone, Have been on a real high recently, things going really well at Pre School, had a good overall ofsted with outstanding for partnerships with parents, new building is looking more of a possibility and purchasing much needed resources. So was thinking to myself something is bound to crop up as it always does. Today my phone has been red hot, the local school, where most of our children transition to got a really poor Ofsted, many inadequates and some satisfactories. Within the school report their is one sentence that says the children entering reception for the last two years have been below the national expected average, well parents have grasped this and…

Just wondering how many appointments do you manage to fit in during the school 'holidays'? I have been to 4 in three days, I have an opticians app on Friday and I have made three more for a few weeks time! Trying to get all my 'tracking' info finished to drop back into school tomorrow and am still having to phone number one son at 6.30a.m to make sure he gets to the hospital on time each morning! I'm not sure it should be called 'holiday'? maybe 'trying to fit even more into the day than when you go into school' would be a better title! LOL!

Calendar Help Needed

Hi, Well I was asked a few weeks ago to take part in a Charity Calendar for Cancer Research which will be on sale where I live. The plan is to get the calendar printed asap and to sell it at a 24 hour Relay event that takes place at the end of August. So we have found a photographer who has time and space to take all the pictures, we have a printer who has agreed to print 500 copies in first print run and agreed a very low price and we have all of the local fundraising committee who have agreed to be photographed. The idea is it will be similar to the Famous Charity Calendar but all very tasteful and not showing too many revealing body parts. The problem is I have …

I just can't believe how I am being treated at my school just because I am leaving. After having most of my construction resources taken away 2 weeks ago, (I have reception children!), I have tried to keep going and rise above it. I was not in school friday and still have monday to go but staff have told me my room is a mess. I know the new reception teacher wnats to get organised but professional courtesy seems to have totally by passed the FSL and the rest of them. All my stock of paper has been remeoved, the resources that I had to 'borrow' for the last 2 weeks have been taken and goodness knows what else! My LSA has hasd to sneak stuff out for us to use on Monday. Wha…
