My issue has now been resolved!! It has been going on for 6 weeks but has finally come to an end and I do not have to resign! Such a relief! Thank you to everyone who has messaged me, given me advice and given me support. This is a fantastic forum and I will never forget the kindness shown to me. I am not jumping for joy as I am too exhausted but now know I can really enjoy my summer break and not have to find a new career. You are all such gems and an amazing support network to us all. After last month, when I promised a slightly easier ride, I am definitely making this one a little easier! Over the next four weeks I will be posting some quiz questions to answer - one batch a week. There will be 30 questions in total, each one relating to a date in June. Just wanted to wish everyone who is breaking up this week a really happy holiday!! Im going to try to put the pre school to the back of my mind and concentrate on my family for a change starting with 5 days at centre parcs next week Im sure once we get back I will start back doing all my list of jobs for Sept but for now Happy Holidays everyone.

A member of my staff is in arrears with her rent, when she went to the letting agents yesterday to sort out the payments she found that she was at the top of the 'name and shame' list, displayed in the main office. Now as a business owner, when she told me this, I thought "too right", would love to do this with parents outstanding fees, but i then found out that the details on the board consisted of her full name, full address, telephone number and amount of money she owed! Some of you that have known me on the forum for a few years will know the dilemmas and decisions I have had to make- do I apply for a new job, do I stay where I am, do I finally decide it's time to do the IVF treatment and see what happens? Well earlier this year we took the plunge and it worked. I am delighted but shocked to announce that we are 11+ weeks pregnant with Triplets! Long story but up until this week we thought it was twins... had a bit of a scare... had an emergency scan and there were three little people waving at us on the screen!
