Have always loved Joyce Grenfell, Nursery school Sketches, and until now I had been unable to find them again..(I do have them in book form which is now falling apart) Just thought I would share these as when listening to them now I can often hear myself repeating some of the phrases she uses, and others can never understand why I am so amused ........ free activity period Flowers enjoy Inge

Ok so it is somewhere I have worked in the past but last time I was on a sessional basis. My additional information sheet that I do proves to be very helpful hence only having a 10 minute interview. Hi this is the first time I have posted anything on here...so here goes.. Would love to be very prepared for a possible interview as Nursey Nurse in my local Nursery school. It has been 8 years since my last interview!!! So I am a bit rusty.. Could anyone PLEASE help me with some questions I may be asked by the Headteacher and personnel governors of the school if I was lucky enough to get to the interview stage. Has anyone out there been in this situation recently..with EYFS included etc?? I would be very grateful for your help. Thanks to you all for a fantastic friendly site..you have given me such inspiration.

I have always loved Post-It's and find it great doing my observations on them. But this really stimulated my imagination, so do you think we could show this clip to the children and see what they can come up with?! (K&U of World, Cr., PSRN....) LOL! http://vimeo.com:80/1700732

I know all the supermarkets have lots of their goodies in for Christmas, but driving through our little cornish town today I noticed that one of the gift shops has decorated the window with big red baubles ready for Christmas. I actually drove round twice just to check. Can't help thinking it's a little early. I shall go in at the weekend and see if they have nusical things playing. Wouldn't you just love to work there!! I love christmas, but there is a limit jackie

Just wanted to share I had an AWESOME night out last night at the Royal Albert Hall, first time I've ever been there, fantastic venue, we sat front row stalls right next to the stage-AWESOME . We saw Gabrielle who was brilliant but the 'Reverend' Al Green was AWESOME, UNBELEIVABLE, FANTASTIC. 'OUR SONG' is 'Let's stay together' you can here it HERE I've looked for video's of him live but they don't give justice to the 'live' experience. Peggy

I am now back home in England, got back about an hour ago. I had a fanstic time up in Glagow well near Loch Lomond. We stayed in a lovey 'cottage' but boy was it dark at night, we saw the stars each night. The cottage was lovely, 3 big bedrooms and a large kitchen/dining room and a lounge. I even was chatting to some of us on here! Yes we had WIFI for the laptop! We had a very busy week; been to see family that we have up there 3 times during the week plus had one family member at the cottage who was amazed by the size of the place! We also visit Glasgow itself, up in the Trossachs and down to Largs for ice cream which turned out to be disapointing the ic…
