My daughter sent me this, sorry I don't know the author. I did survive. ! and YES I'm getting old. According to today's regulators and bureaucrats, those of us who were kids in the 1960s, 1970s and early 1980s probably shouldn't have survived, because our baby cots were covered with brightly coloured lead-based paint which was regularly chewed and licked. We had no childproof lids on medicine bottles or latches on doors or cabinets, and it was fine to play with pans. When we rode our bikes, we wore no helmets, just flip-flops and fluorescent 'spokey dokeys' on our wheels. As children, we would ride in cars with no seat belts or airbags and riding in the fro…

My other half just emailed me this voucher for Zizzi restaurants - when you buy one pizza, pasta or calzone you get one free! You can just print it out and apparently there is no limit to how many vouchers can be used for a group booking! Voucher has to be used by 10th September though, and only Sunday to Thursday.
