Does anyone have a poem to give to a friend who is going through a hard time, and needs help finding that silver lining? I know it's a bit of a long shot but I've trawled the Internet a bit and haven't come up with much. I considered doing my own, but haven't been brave enough! She takes comfort in powerful words, etc, and I thought a poem may be a good medium? Thanks in advance.

Hi everyone, What are your views on the 1-13 ratio for the over 3's where an EYP is present. I personally feel this is undermining the quality of provision we provide for this age group. What are your views? Claire x

We have lots of magnetic letters and letter cubes, but the children find it difficult to find the letters they are looking for. Does anyone have a good way of storing them so chn. can find the letters they want. I tried labelling bun tins, but the labels came off too easily. We have long flat radiators so was thinking of putting an alphabet strip along the top for chn. to match letters to, but I think that they'll end up all over the place! Any ideas?

This is Harry. About 12 weeks old but thats a guess until we get him to the vets. Another waif and stray I couldnt say No to. My cousin works with Social services. They'd gone to take some children into care and my cousin saw 4 kittens who looked as badly off as the children. The mother didnt want them so my cousin took them home. The other 2 cats arent at all impressed but they'll come round. He's so lovely
