I fell over at my dance class last night and hurt my ankle. I thought it would be ok in the morning but it is still very sore to walk on. I got my hubby to drive me to work this morning on his way to work as I had an annual review for one of my class. The head has now brought me home in her car (felt weird, but I do like her so we had a good chat) and has told me not to come back till I'm properly better and if it doesn't improve after today to get myself to a docs to get it checked out. Hi All, Its been a long time since I posted on FS Forum, I've been off on long term sick, still am but returning gradually, hopefuly fulL time after Easter. I feel a bit out of touch! Are there any major issues that I've missed? Its good to be back, I look forward to getting to know new members and re-aquainting myself with old ones. this afternoon and meet the centre manager of the Children's Centre outreach side of the building. I was asked to wait in a seating area by some parents who were bi-lingual (Urdu/Punjabi speaking) and then met the centre manager. Well we talked about what days I can do, when I am working at my other creches college etc. So I told her I work on Mondays, Wednesdays and Friday am and Thursdays college. This postion is working in the creche, there are 3 per day, 9.30-11.30, 12.30-2.30, 3.15-4.15(I think) plus 2 afternoon creches at another base when neccessary. I have really enjoyed myself at my placement school, I feel they have looked after me there. I got thanked for all my hard work during my time there but it was short notice and they didn't have time to make me a leaving card from the children. At the end of the day I spoke to the deputy head who again thanked me for all my hard work and if I ever needed a school placement again for whatever reason, just shout. Its going to be strange next Tuesday not attending placement as I dropped Monday to get paided work. Me thinks this day will be long considering I have only worked from 8.30 till 3.15 and now I will have to work possible from 9.00 till 5.00? Beth
