I have seen a job advert for a couple of vancies in the same nursery: a deputy room leader level 3 and min 2 years post qualis exprence and nursery practitioners level 2/3. I am not sure of the hours of eather jobs. The positves the nursery looks nice on the internet, they have a waiting list for the children wanting to attend, Ofsted reports daycare 2003 good and nursery education 2004 good. Now the negatives so I have been told that apparently the staff are not allowed on communcate with each other just children , they constantly adverstse for staff approx every 6-8 months. I am not really sure but I could do with a job. Any ideas everyone? Als…

Well, not me for starters! Traditionally the tree and decorations have always gone up in our house on my birthday, although this year Mum and Dad decided not to do it, as I don't live with them anymore. Hasn't bothered them in all the 6 years I have lived away from them . So today, I have been having a mass clearout in preparation for the tree we bought last year, which is, quite frankly, too big for our house but I love it (not keen on putting it up though!). I spent the morning clearing out the walk in cupboard, that you can't walk in to to dig out said tree, and do you think I could find it? No chance! Found all the tinsel though ! In order to get into t…

Hello, I have a job interview coming up for a position of Senior Nursery worker (Foundation Stage) and I have been asked to: 'Prepare a 10 minute presentation on 'How to deliver the Foundation Stage to parents'.' Well, I am a bit stumped. Basically, how do I prepare a presentation on giving a presentation? In the past I have actually given a short presentation to parents on the Foundation Stage. I'm not sure how much detail to go into this time. Please can some kind person give me some ideas?
