This Weekend I..

had my hen do! It's a little early with the wedding only being on the 11th August , but due to a pregnant bridesmaid it was now or never! We stayed at a hotel overnight, with an evening meal and then had breakfast and headed over to the beauty suite for a pampering day. I feel so totally relaxed now. It was great! Just a quick one as I'm wide awake, having fallen asleep this afternoon! I'm now officially a Mrs! Mrs Mott to be precise. Yesterday was fantastic. I've so many memories. People kept saying to me that it would fly by and I wouldn't remember it, but I do, I've so many clear, fantastic memories. The rain held out till the evening guests were arriving, the food was fabby, everyone got on really well and it was just perfect! Hi Jan I just wanted to post and find out how you got on in Italy when visiting the Reggio School . I'm hoping to apply for a job soon, where the school is going to be working along the lines of this approach, and if I get as far as an interview I know questions about this approach will come up. I have bought a book, and have been looking at some factual information about it, but as with anything, I think you get a much better understanding when you see it for yourself. So I was wondering if you could tell me a little about your trip, what you found inspiring, what you think could be transferred across the cultures etc. Many thanks in anticipation G.

HI don't you just love it when you get on a training course that actually makes sense, and is actually relevant to your setting I have been on a national standards training course today, so very informative, lots of information and links to other areas of information... it was really useful... I am kind of suffering information overload at the mo, but i am sure it will be useful... and what's more i found the venue without getting lost.... a major feat for me LOL I feel a little renewed and encouraged that mostly we are doing the 'right' thing in our setting. I just had to come on here to let off some steam. I am so angry. I moved into my first home 3 months ago and signed upto NTL for TV, phone and internet on the 32.99 a month package. For the 1st 3 months you get it at 17.99. Today i have received my 3rd bill and stilll i have not been charged the correct amount the first month was £66 last month £81 and this month £49. Everytime i ring they say 'oh yes we are very sorry it seems the incorrect package has been put on your file - i have changed it to the correct one your next bill will be normal' Each time they have the cheek to tell me i have to pay the bill and the money will be credited on my next bill. I pay the bill and…
