Hi there I don't know whether I got this freebie information from here or not. If I did then .....sorry. If not, then here's the info.... For a FREE magnetic whiteboard to post messages on and a leaflet rack to attach (worth £150). phone 02073233223. It's free on conditon that you display a poster they send from time to time. I received mine, including fittings and instructions!! There is a poster on it about healthy eating - 5 fruit and veg a day. The poster comes out and you put another in when you receive it. Sue J

Just like to say thank you for all your help and support over the last couple of years. Moving to East Sussex on thursday or at least hubby is Im off to Italy with some girlfriends Mums from preschool many years ago!!!!!!!!!! Although have nanny job one day a week have been offered supply work with a agency but at £5.50 an hour!!I pay a cleaner £7 is this the normal rate for East Sussex????????

OK, so I know there is a general agreement not to change avatars too often but mine kept coming up as a little red cross so instead of an aerial view of the Maldives prior to the Tsunami, I now have a view of Snowdon. Hope you like it, it's going to be my final resting place. On my death my children will be under instructions to climb to the top (not cheat and use the train) and scatter my ashes to the winds.
