A White Christmas?
by Guest- 24 replies
Well as the 25th is nearly here I thought it would be interesting to find out who on the forums ends up with a White Christmas, or at least some snowfall, even if it does stick! I'm hoping for some up here in Yorkshire as I'm at my parents' house and it is on the top of a hill! Doubt my home back in Manchester will have any. I'll repoty back after the big day, will anyone else do the same?

Im sure no one can be unaware of the tsunami disaster and the need for help in the affected areas. You can make donations at www.redcross.org or www.dec.org.uk

Chocolate

OK, as it's the season of eating chocolate until it comes out of our ears when we wouldn't ( in my case) ususally touch the stuff, ( causes headaches), we have been having this long discussion about which is actually the best chocolate. I'd go for Green and Blacks, although my chocoholic brother declares that you can keep all that fancy stuff and goes for Cadbury every time. Any thoughts???????????????? Kate

I've been thinking today what resolution can I have that is achievable. My resolution is to be positive in everything I (have to) do and to find something positive in everything I say or hear. What's yours going to be? MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE AND A PROSPEROUS NEW YEAR Peggy

Yes it's that time of year again, they've already done it on Richard & Judy ( I confess I watch it every day to wind down from work) Every year Christmas day eve the whole family descend on our house for the annual Charades game. The same old bag with folded bits of paper with all the old films, T.V. and songs comes out the cupboard, ho, hum....... WELL NOT THIS YEAR me hopes. Can all of you new friends save my day by thinking of some really difficult Charade titles. I shall be cutting some out from the Sky Mag. found this one yesterday..... HOW WOULD YOU ACT OUT "THE GRINCH" I look forward to getting some ideas but only 2 days to go.........…

7302 City & Guilds

I run a pre school and thought that I would do the tutoring course through city & guilds, so that I could run the Getting Started in Pre school classes. I have to do a 20 minute teaching session aimed at level 3 practitioners. I was going to do Schemas but as someone else is I can't (serves me right for missing a lesson I suppose - but that tooth did need to come out!) I now need ideas for a topic that includes viusl learning, sorting games and writing on a flip chart HELP!
