Ok, so Sunday is national dawn chorus day. So up at 4.00am please, out to a quiet spot and just listen.... I believe there are events in some parts of the country (there is in Birmingham anyway) where you can listen to the dawn chorus and have breakfast . So come on, who's up for it.

I have been informed by the current acting head (real one is off sick) that I am going to have to apply for my job again, as at the moment I am on a 2 term contract and they are going to advertise locally for a permanent post. How do I go about my personal statement with regards to talking about my current post? I'm a little worried about it, as obviously I would like to stay on but will feel strange applying for a job I'm already doing and being interviewed by people I already work withl. Any help would be welcomed, Nich xxx
