Hi As part of our Early Years unit, we have a Pre-school class for two year olds who have government funding. We have many children with speech and language difficulties and I am looking for a set of books that use photographs as illustrations to help the children label objects, talk about pictures etc Does anybody know of any books or supplier that might be useful? Thanks Lorraine

Hi guys, A friend i know was going to put loads of books in the skip, so i rescued them. They are all different languages: French Dutch Korean Italian German to name a few. Their are no Asian ones unfortuantelly. They are not dual language so you may need to ask parents to translate. Anyway their free to a good home, their brand new samples most are more suitable for 0-3 with some non fiction books suitable for older ones. Im based in lutterworth if your interested. Petunia

Just had my copy of this book delivered today and have just finished reading it, truly inspirational and I will be looking very differently at my provision when I venture in over the half term holidays. Having a large group of rowdy, confident and very active boys this term some of the ideas in this book will hopefully help me survive until the summer, Alistair Bryce-Clegg could just have saved my life. Well recommended

Hi everyone...this is my first post so here goes! I am currently researching traditional views of childhood for my first essay on my foundation degree in early childhood studies.
