Hi all, I really am stuck here! Hope someone can help with this question under knowledge requirements it states: What strategies or styles of working could you implement which encourage effective working relationships? Anyone got a clue? I would be so pleased to have feedback on this. I thought this unit would be quite easy to do as an optional, but wish I hadn't started it now! Any help greatly appreciated.

Hi All! Just to let you know that after months of me moaning and going on, I finally have 3 of my 5 certificates! I officially qualified on 25th August 2005 and I have only just received them! My NVQ and my Diploma in Early Years practice and my communications key skills certificates are being framed (photocopied first!) and put in pride of place on my living room wall! It's taken sooooo long to achieve them and even longer to actually get them. I am so pleased because it feels real now! I know it sounds sad, but I can't wait to go to my new job in September and hand them to my boss, rather than a crumpled piece of paper. Plus I'll have them displayed where I', wo…

I've only got ten days to go to finish and I've got a couple of KUS's to complete I'm stuck on P2 - KUS18 Variations in family values and practices across cultural and other groupings and awareness that practices also vary within such groups and how to establish relationships with all parents... Can anyone offer me some help and guidance and some hints on how to teach Key Stage 1 children the concept of capacity Is the measurements only litres and millilitres or do you have to go into other measurements with them. I need to do an activity with them - my first thought was using jugs and water but its trying to explain the concept. Do I need to include heavier and lighter and weight too? Or would a cooking experiment cover capacity as filling up jugs with water isn't very exciting! Any thoughts or advice would be most welcome!

Some KUS's you can pick up from books and know exactly where to look others like this one I can't figure.. KUS16 Presentation of equipment and resources that can encourage/discourage different kinds of activities including individual and group work Could someone give me some guidance on this one... Could someone please please help i am very stuck on c.5.5 pc 4 enable children to gain a positive self image, effective use of the local .community. enabling children with more than one language gain a positive self image, and non-steotypical images ref disability.. how could i explain this ?
