HELP! I am teaching in an International School setting that follows the foundation Stage curriculum. We are trying to look at how we assess and record the assessments of children in our Nursery and Reception. As an 8 form entry school this needs to be completely consistent and easy to use! Please could you offer any examples of good practice that you already use. Thanks a bunch Jen

Stuck - How to recognise and challenge prejudice and discrimination, and how to support those who are the object of it and those who perpetrate it (in relation of P5 involving parents in group activities) I know how to recognise but how on earth do you deal with parents who are bullying other parents?! Or have i really got it wrong?

Hi, I am plodding through this unit (very slowly as it isn't in the NVQ3 book) and am lost to what this question is actually asking for! KU14 "The importance of spelling and the aspects which are essential for English Key Stage 1, including the formation of the letters of the alphabet, use of sound-symbol relationships and phonological patterns, simple spelling patterns, common prefixes and suffixes". They make the questions so long winded that by the time I have finished reading it I have forgotten what it is all about!!!! Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks, Julie
