This is really a question for the assessors amongst us. I just wondered if you had a preferred order that you give the units to your candidates or whether you leave it up to them to decide. The training provider I am with starts candidates on C2, C3 and then C11. After that it is really up to the candidate and their own preference. I know that different places up and down the country have their own preferred way of working and would just be interested to find out what works for you.

hi everyone paddywack here,I am really struggling with c10`s ke questions am I being really dense or has anyone else had problems with them? I have got to no19 and hit a brick wall I am going mad trying to write the answers or find the right words!!!!!Can I do this or will I pull my hair out I want to send it of to my assesor but agghhhhh!!!!

Hi, My assessor has set me a question on c5; How would you help a child who spoke little english to understand and to make himself understood when interacting with yourself and also with the children during activites? My anwser was keep eye contact.Show the child what it is we are going to be doing .speak slowly and clearly.Use hand questures,make sure they can see you at all times.Use pictures. She has asked me to add a bit more about how you help the child to internet and play with other children.Any ideas? Cathy

Hi can anyone help with C5.1 direct observation on welcoming children into new setting. I dont know if im being thick i thought direct observationdns where when your asseser comes into the setting to witness you doing activities how can you do a activity for welcoming new children when you dont always have new children starting. Also when you cross reverence tasks where do you log in the cross reverencing. Been doing this course since January not handed anything in jet i feel like im going back words. HELP Please
