Hi Everybody, I am doing the Early Years Foundation Degree at the moment and we just got an assignment to do which is about a training material, about how we would train other staff members how to use EYFS and what is EYFS. I have already found a video which I can use but it is not enough. You might can help me. It would be very nice to share your thoughts or ideas because I am really stuck with this task now. Hi there, Hoping somebody can help me. I am resubmitting quite a bit of my evidence that I used for E115 as I work as a nanny I don't get that many pieces of good evidence and what I do have is within the 2 year time period. My question is to I have to redo the evidence cover sheets in my PEF? Also I have noticed that the ECA is broken down into where you get your marks and it is EYCLO's 0% part 2 45 % part 3 55% Why bother updating if you are only going to get marks if it is filled in correctly with at least one bit of current evidence in each section?? Hi all you very lovely people Can you help? Since undertaking E115, I have a new role and setting and it is proving really difficult to gain evidence for the EYCLO's. I am only able to use one piece of evidence from E115 towards E215 One EYCLO I am really struggling with at the moment is EYCLO 11 Evaluate and use ICT to support children’s learning and development I am no longer in childcare provision, I work within a Children's Centre and the only groups available are 'drop in' facilities once or twice a week where parents bring and stay with their babies/ young children for a couple of hours. There is no computer for the children and very very few pop up/ca…

Hoping for some help. I am doing degree at Winchester and have to do huge essay on relections on an EYFS care and education plan. Guidelines state need to develop a care and education plan for an individual child to share with family and colleagues, but says to use the EYFS framework in my plan and identofy/produce a resource that can be used with it. I am used to doing IEP's but don't use the EYFS on them, as they are usually SLT targets etc. Can anyone help explain what this means in simple words please?

I found out last week that I have passed my final module and gained my Foundation Degree with the OU.......yay!!!! I've also decided to take a long break before deciding whether to 'top-up' and go on to do the EYPS or to just leave it at that. Since I finished in October I've been catching up with all the things I'd neglected over the past three years and I've been enjoying life without study. How long this will last.....who knows? Thank you to those who have helped and supported me throughout my studies (you know who you are). I know I would not have done so well without you. Thank you xxx
