Hi Anybody finding this TMA question a bit confusing? Anyone thought about who to interview for the ECA and what questions to ask. Also wondered about which 5 areas folks are covering in their TMA03. Well it arrived yesterday looking very innocent on the door mat - opened it up and I have got an interview next Monday !!!!!!! I am officially terrified ( bit excited as well) I haven't been asked to bring anything but they have said that 'the selection process will last about an hour and include an evaluation of a child, observation excercise as well as a formal interview I enjoy doing observations so that shouldn't be a problem but not sure what the evaluation will involve maybe developmental norms? and by the time I get to the 'formal' part I should imagine I will have already forgotton my own name! So I was wondering if anyone had any top tip…

Hi all, Just started Foundation degree and so far feel I am coping! My second module is to make a book about a child's learning and development. I then have to write an essay linking this to milestones or stages of development and EYFS goals. I did a NNEB many years ago and am alittle confused as to the difference between milestones and stages of development? Thought they were one and the same? Ive been told to look up mary Sheridan which I did are these milestones? Hope you guys can help x
