Help! - Application Interview

Am hoping someone could help me abit, I have an interview on Friday for the foundation degree, they said there would be tests and group work involved, to try and make myself feel better I Asked a friend who is now doing her PGCE at the same uni aout her interview and now i am FREAKED out LOL. I don't want to come across an air head here (I already have a degree in another subject) but she said they had to talk about sats and KS1 in addition to the EYFS and ECM.... I know nothing about KS1 and I only found out about the interview today so its not leaving me much time to find out, She alse said the numercy tests required her to work out the circumfrance of circles and the …

Hi, I'm thinking about doing the Open University E100 developing early years practice. To those who have completed it how did you find it? How much study did you have to put in each week to stay ahead? What is the assessment like at the end of the course? I'm beginning to doubt my abilities. Any advice appreciated.

Hi, I'm starting my EYFD with the OU in February and am going straight in at level 2 as I have my NVQ 4 CCLD. I'm starting with unit K204 - working with children and families. Does anyone have any advice for me as I really don't know what to expect? Any good books I could start reading? How does the exam work at the end? etc etc, getting a bit worried about it all! Hi, Is nayone studying E215 with the ou? Im struggling to find evidence for C2 "applying own mathematical skills". I have shown evidence of attending a maths course and reflective notes tkane from the course but have no idea of what else to include? Does any one have any ideas please?

Hi to all you lovely people who have or are completeing your Foundation Degree! What are your experiences with regards completing through Open University or attending college, and if anyone is from Essex which college did you attend! It is something I am looking into, just need to sort out the funding as i am being told because we are sessional (didn't think sessional still existed!) I may not be entitled to funding for it, apparently when it comes to funding courses through Essex sessional is still around!! Kris
