Hi was wondering if anyone knows of a comprehensive list of consultancy companies, speakers for the early years. I am part of a network of childminders who are looking for ideas to buy in their own CPD e.g. loose parts, inspirational speakers on child development, that sort of thing. Grateful for any help... TIA

Hi, I hoping for some advice and/or example if anybody can help. When the staff attend courses they bring back the learning material and gives us a bit of feedback, all courses attended are recorded in the staffs PDP. I was looking for something a bit more, where staff can write a few lines on points they have learnt, if they will be doing anything different, what they want to learn next, recommendations for other staff. How do you record staff growth and feedback. Any ideas would be great. Thanks
