I have just discovered Clemmie's Column and reading the first couple of instalments reminded me of all those little things that my daughter did, which were actually really big things! I can totally sympathise with the hair pulling thing. My daughter is 2 now and still enjoys yanking handfuls of Mummy's hair... Looking forward to reading how little Clemmie gets on! Clare

I wonder if anyone can help me! I've got a document in front of me all about how to make transitions in education, e.g. home to first setting, first setting to reception, reception to year one, easier for the child and family. I was given it at a recent Early Years Conference but there's no reference on it to tell me where it's from! Hi all, I'm stressed at seeing my children who can't hold a pencil properly. Lots of children coming up from nursery have poor pencil control and can't even trace their names. Hi everyone, After searching the web for ages, I have still failed to find suitable animated images for a powerpoint presentation for a parents meeting. I have found some of children reading a book but still need to find cartoon style/ cute images for the following headings: Writing Personal, Social, Emotional Creative Development Child talking/ C.L.L. Read on forum yesterday that a new curriculum is being written 0-6yrs by Leslie Stagg to replace BTTM and foundation curriculum but can't find it. Anyone know anymore Net x
