Please help me. Today I have an interview for a Foundation Leader position about 4 miles from my home. The school is in special measures and with my experience I have a good chance of getting the post. However, the job I really want which is 10 minutes from my home and is also foundation leader does not close until January. That means that if I get offered this position today, what do I do about the other job that i really really want???? If I get offered today and don't accept there is always possibility I might not get other one either, but then if I got other one and had already accepted this one, I'd be kicking myself. Please can any of you lovely people out there help. My daughter is in her NQT year at the moment and is teaching in the school where she did her placement -she is covering another teacher for 2 terms.There is a job coming up for KS2 with the role of PE coordinator attached.She really really wants to stay at this school but she has been told that her observed lessons have come out v good but actually to get to interview she needs to make her job application better.She didnt 'sell 'herself sufficiently on her last application form. Who are the best writers on Outdoor Play? By that I mean not necessarily for ideas but on the whole philosophy behind the outdoor learning environment and outdoor play. I'm mentoring a student on the Foundation Degree who is starting an assignment in which she needs to evaluate existing provision and make suggestions for developmnents, linking everything to relevant theory. Foundation Stage Unit

I am currently the teacher in charge of a Foundation Stage Unit. There are 22 Reception aged children 2 of which are ESL. There is 1 Year One child who is ESL and visually impaired. In the morning session there are 10 Nursery aged children bringing the total to 33. In the afternoon there are 13 Nursery aged children bringing the total to 36. Starting on Wednesday the proprosed staffing by the Head is myself and one TA (level 2). I have expressed my concern at the lack of staff, am I justified. Can anyone tell me what the staff ratio should be? PLEASE HELP! I am very frustrated
