These tutorials are for people who have been set up as relatives on Tapestry accounts. Hopefully they will answer some of the questions you have about Tapestry and help you to get used to the system. If you do need any further assistance please contact your child's setting (nursery/school/childminder). Tapestry customer services do not have access to relative accounts so any account issues will need to be dealt with through a manager for the Tapestry account where you have been set up. If a child has an outstanding account balance then you can send the child's bill payer/s a payment reminder. This will be sent to them via email and will look something like this: If you haven't already set up a child's bill payers then you can read about how to do this here. In this tutorial we'll look at how to take an online register for staff on the Tapestry Android App. This feature is accessible to all staff users; including full staff and PIN only users, as well as managers. But in this tutorial we'll look at using the feature from a managers account. In order to access and use the staff register you'll first need to set up Booking on your account. In this tutorial we are going to show you how to add a billing address for a child to appear on their invoices. Please note, you can only have 1 billing address per child but it can be changed at any time. The first thing you will need to do is log in via a browser and then head to the “booking” section of Tapestry (1). Once here, select the ‘Children’ tab (1) on the left and then choose the child whose billing address you want to add (2). Let's start by looking at Account Balances (2) on Booking -> Finance (1). In this tutorial we will look at how Booking allows you to view Account Balances for children. This view allows you to see the balance of individual children's account balances, and you can use the 'Room' selector to filter your selection for a particular room. The account balances are derived from invoices created and payments made, whether they are allocated to an invoice, or are unallocated payments. In this tutorial we will take a look at the 'Extra Charges' overview screen. This is where you can view your number of weekly extra charges including what they are and who they relate to. The ability to record payments and see a child's account balance was added to Tapestry on 11/12/23. If you have already started using the Nursery Management system on Tapestry, you will notice some changes as to how this works with the addition of these new features. I'll run through these changes in this post.
