On the new iOS app it is possible for you to access it and add observations whilst being offline, if your child's setting have allowed this. Please note that this authenticates PIN logins that have already been enabled on the device whilst you have connection. As such, it's not possible to login with an email and password whilst offline. The new app is a separate one to the original one so you will need to ensure you have downloaded this, in the App store it's titled 'Tapestry Journal 2'. On the new iOS app it is now possible to receive push notifications on a specific device, if your child's setting allows this. The new app is a separate one to the original one so you will need to ensure you have downloaded this, in the App store it's titled 'Tapestry Journal 2'. If you still have the original app, this will show up as grey, so you are able to see the difference. Please note for you as a relative to use this feature, you must be permitted by the setting (school, nursery, childminder etc.) that set you up with an account. The Developmental Milestones Progress Tracker screens on Tapestry will allow you to set a target refinement and they will then show you whether a child has reached that target for each milestone. You can see these either individually or as a group. We'll cover both screens in this tutorial. To access these screens, you just need to click on the 'Tracking' tab at the top of the screen (1), then select 'DM' from the bar underneath this (2). You can see these as an individual view, and a group view. I'll show you both in this tutorial. You can use the VEYLDF Progress screen on Tapestry track how a child is progressing between terms. Please note, in order to view this screen, you will need to have refinements enabled on your account. This tutorial will talk you through how you can enable these. To access this screen, you just need to click on the 'Tracking' tab at the top of the screen (1), then ensuring you are on the 'VEYLDF' section (2), click on the 'Individual View' button in the 'Progress' box (3). There are three different Assessment Count screens available on Tapestry - Individual, Group and Staff. The first two will show you how many VEYLDF assessments a child has either as an individual or as part of a group. The Staff screen will show you how many assessments staff have made. I will cover all three screen types in this tutorial. To get started you will need to go to the 'Tracking' tab you see at the top of the screen (1).
