Please note this tutorial is for the EYFSP submission screen based on the previous ELGs. If you require the EYFSP submission screen for the new ELGs, you can take a look at this tutorial. Tapestry allows you to generate a form which can be sent off as your EYFSP submission. You can find that within your snapshots section and you will be able to export the submission into CSV (Excel) or PDF format. It won't actually be sent straight to your local authority via Tapestry, but once you've had a look over the document you should be able to send it to your LA in the usual way for your school. Each page on Tapestry can hold a lot of information, and the longer you use Tapestry for, the more information you will have stored on your account. The page filters were designed as a way to refine and narrow down the information you see on a specific page. You can find page filters on the browser version of Tapestry and on the new iOS and Android apps, but not on the original version of the app. The new versions of the app are separate to the original, so they do need to be downloaded from the App/Play store and it's not possible to update the original version of the app to the new one. It is possible to download the media attached to observations from the browser version of Tapestry. This function was developed primarily because it's not possible to export videos at the same time as the rest of the journal in PDF format, but it seems a shame to lose the video clips that you have been adding to the profile when the child leaves your setting/moves up the school. In addition to this, you can also export a ZIP file with the children's full media collection, which can then be downloaded by relatives from their own accounts. This tutorial explains how.
