Hi Would it be possible to have a cohort filter on the Notifications? As both FS2 and Y1 now use Tapestry, I find it difficult to keep track of the FS2 notifications as they are mixed with the Y1 ones. A cohort filter and not keyperson would be better as been the EYFS leader I like to keep an eye on the whole year group. I hope that makes sense! Thanks, Jo

Unless I've not set everything up properly, there is currently a price change for sessions booked after a child's birthday. In our setting, the price change is implemented the term after a child's birthday. Could we please request this as an option. TY.

It would be great if there was somewhere we could record a 'collection password' on the registers so that we don't have to refer to paperwork when we have authorised contacts other than parents collect. :)

We have been using the online register functionality since September and are extremely happy with it. I like how you can go and look at an individual child and see how many absences they have had all in one place. However, I would like to suggest some further refinements that would really support absence tracking further: 1. On the individual child summary, it would be fantastic if as well as showing the total number of absences recorded, you could also show this as a percentage based on their booked attendance pattern (or the percentage attendance, or even both). For example, if I have a child who attends for 10 sessions per week and miss 4 sessions, it would show 6…

I have recently started using the register - both online and paper. For future development it would be great if:- - we also had a staff register for each day that can be completed online or downloaded (pretty please) - the total number of children by age was visible (to help with ratios) - that you could access via the app to allow use offline - more options to add information e.g. SEN, health care plan etc Overall though I am really please with the addition of the register and it can only get better!

We have just started using the registers and invoices. Would it be possible to look at the following: Number of children down the side of the register for ease Child's names on one line - possibly less space for comments so that each days register does not go over onto two pages Possibility of exporting the register to excel so that the data can be manipulated to suit each individual setting Sundry items - we have currently set up our hot dinners as a session so that the charge appears on the invoices but because you have to add a time it also appears on our registers. Hi, we have just recently started using the online register system. It would be could if it displayed how many children attend on the day and also it doesn't let me look to the week ahead? Does this register also work offline for in case of a fire? Thanks

When I download pdfs using the default setting, the observation text is fairly compact but the eyfs assessments and characteristics of effective learning are really spread out and use a huge font, making many individual observations go across 2 pages. I don't want to use the compact setting as it makes the photos too small, but I would like the assessments to be compact and in keeping with the text above. Would this be possible? Thanks.

Possibly I just can't find the option, but I've noticed on the iOS app you can search for a statement in a framework (Cherry garden in our case). However, this incredibly useful feature seems to be absent in both the android and the PC-website version of Tapestry. It makes assessing against observations significantly faster for those who know EYFS (for example) but are not yet familiar with how Cherry Garden has re-arranged things. It helps in the same way for those who are not familiar with any framework. Just type in "filling" and you instantly show the correct step to select for filling and emptying containers, without having to search back and forwards through wh…
