Hi, Is there a way we can view, at a glance, the number of observations assigned to each child on a half termly basis. i.e. a table with a list of children down the vertical axis and the half term periods across the top with the number of obs assigned to each child being the detail? Also, in the journal pdf is there a way to print without it showing 'no refinement' against the age and stage if no refinement has been selected?

Notifications on App

We love the notifications on the browser version of Tapestry, is this something that can be developed into the app version for staff? Also, a few of our parents have asked about whether they will get a notification come through from the Tapestry app when we upload new observations rather than an email - would this be a possibility?

I would love to be able to just sign in and out so the time is logged against each child with a tap on the childs picture. I'm currently looking at subscribing to another piece of software so I can do this. I think childminders would really appreciate this function as we pick up and drop off all over the place all day long and ofsted are really hot on checking you keep accurate records. Please Please Please can this be bumped up the list of development jobs. Thanks

Hi there I would love to see an option to privatise certain comments to make them 'staff only' or an added 'staff only comment that was only visible to the author of the ob, as I think this would be a useful tool for staff coaching and suggestions on specific observations. I often put a suggestion or comment on an observation but have to delete many of them before I authorise as they are not always relevant to a parent. I would also like to ask if there may be a feature to add single children to a package. For example my setting is currently on a 60 children package. It not be financially viable to opt into the 90 children package at an additional £45 per year…

Hi I m loving the new group view of development matter statements BUT you can only view the years separately. Is there ny chance in the future for all years to be combined so you can see all the statements crossed referenced since the child started. Many thanks Cheryl

Hi, I was recently on a training course and whilst discussing learning journals a practitioner using another system mentioned that they had the facilities to link observation into the British Values. Is this something tapestry would consider doing? I feel it would greatly benefit the staff to understand how British values link in with the EYFS as well as getting them used to the jargon that is used within them. Many thanks Sarah

And then 40-60, etc going downwards in the EYFS assessments area. I know it's only a little thing but would be really good to be able to select this way of viewing the statements. Rosie ?

We are new to tapestry so just finding our feet. Before I spend hours re-inventing the wheel, does anyone have a policy regarding the use of tapestry in their setting that they would be willing to share? Thanks in advance Claire
