We are currently using tapestry for all of our assessment and tracking in EYFS. Y1 are also using tapestry but additionally using Target Tracker to record tracking info. After this year we may wish to roll out tapestry for tracking into KS1 but there is no analysis option for KS1 currently. Is this something you are planning to add in the future? If so, what sort of time frame would this happen in?

Hello! I know that the baseline assessment has not yet been added to the age band tracker and so I am using the group comparison to monitor progress from baseline instead. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be possible to print out in landscape so I can't read the names of all my groups! Would it be possible to add this feature so there would be more room to read the group names? Many thanks, Caroline

Hi The bar graphs where you can select say baseline and last term is great very well presented but then add in a third snapshot and it goes to a much less useful pin point type graph. Can it be that you can select say 3 snapshots and still get a bar graph please? I used to produce a similar type before Tapestry and they are so easy for parents to understand and can see progress (or not) at blink of an eye. I understand you carnt physically fit too many on but in a school year I'd say max is 3 or 4 snapshots required. Also searching using filters for observations is great, have I overlooked an aspect or if not can I request it please it's more of a staffing sup…

Tapestry is great and I know everyone is working hard to develop things but it would be good to have a few more options in terms of observation information etc. I would like to see an option that allows settings to choose whether they would like to have the time the observation was added on the observation.For me, having the date is sufficient and I do not wish relatives to know that I am adding observations sometimes at odd times of the day and night. Therefore I end up having to manually go back and change it (along with the date if I am running behind!). This is very time consuming. I understand a date may be needed to order the observations if more than one is …

Good afternoon, I would like to make a suggestion that photos may be deleted in bulk rather than having to select and delete individually. If we could have a little tab to select and then a button to press to delete once the selections were made that would be super. Many thanks, keep up the good work, we love Tapestry. Hi, Currently we are able to export reports on thoroughness, attainment and progress to PDF files. Would it be possible to export these to Excel, allowing them to be combined i.e. having progress sitting alongside the thoroughness to give it some context? (better still when we have the number of observations per child). Also, it would be really helpful to be able to filter by more than one level. As a children's centre, we have a number of rooms and age-groups and this determines how we set up our key groups. If I choose to analyse a group e.g. pre-school, it would also be nice to see a comparison of boys and girls within that group. Is this possible at present? …

We should have 'next steps' specifically for SEN children as well the next steps based purely on age band, otherwise we have to do this report via paper, which in my view is one area defeating the object of having Tapestry? Is this something that is possible for Tapestry to include? We need to be able to have a next steps report which we can tailor for these children.

Hello The Age Band Tracker Snapshot across the whole time in the setting is the only one that doesn't have an individual child view. Our local authority advisor visited us and requested to see progress on an individual basis over the long term. There doesn't seem to be a simple way to produce this information. Could this snapshot have the option to select individual children. It is hard work to pick individual progress out on the group reports. Many thanks.
